"Unless otherwise stated or instructed… in the event of inclement weather or other emergency situations, the 39th Judicial District Court of Common Pleas (Franklin and Fulton Counties), the Court and all Court Departments will follow the County’s decision regarding closure, delayed start time, or early dismissal. In the event of a delayed start, all Court proceedings will begin promptly at the time of the buildings being reopened. Also, in the event of a delayed start, the Court will begin by calling the first case that had been scheduled for that day, followed by adjusted start times for all other proceedings"
