Services

The District Attorney's Office is the Chief Law Enforcement Agency in the County. The Office handles the prosecution of all adult and juvenile criminal cases.  The office also directs the Franklin County Drug Task Force.

Regulating Oversight

District Attorney is elected every four years by the Voters and is directly responsible to the electorate.
