Nursing Services
Falling Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides 24 hour skilled nursing services by licensed and certified staff. Falling Spring is a certified participant in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs. Nursing services range from short-term rehabilitation stays to long-term placement. Hospice services are also available.
Medical Services
Each resident is under the care of a Primary Care Physician. The Primary Care Physician may be either the Facility's Medical Director or the resident's own physician, if that physician is a part of our credentialed medical staff.
Rehabilitation Services
Rehabilitation services are provided by ENDURA CARE. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy are available by physician's order up to 5 days each week.
Dementia/Alzheimer's Disease Unit
Franklin Meadows is the dedicated Facility's Dementia Care Unit. This program is devoted to the care of those suffering from the various forms of Dementia. This is a secure unit to allow for the residents to move freely about without the risk of wandering into an unsafe area or away from the facility. Programming on this unit is geared to enable the residents to function at the highest level possible.
